Enterprise platforms are shaped through analysis of client requirements and technical workflows. Core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, Service Portal, and ITOM, are configured to support operational objectives.
Workshops and demonstrations are organized to clarify stakeholder expectations and validate solution fit. Solution designs are converted into user stories and development tasks to guide implementation teams.
Integration components are built and maintained to connect ServiceNow with external systems and monitoring tools. Discovery and CMDB data are reviewed and maintained to sustain accurate configuration records.
Business logic, automation scripts, and policy rules are developed and optimized to control platform behavior. Cross-functional collaboration enables knowledge transfer and mentorship of development team members.
Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement sessions coordinate priorities and delivery schedules. Client communications capture needs and translate them into technical tasks for solution delivery.
REST and SOAP interfaces, along with MID Server setups, are implemented to enable system connectivity. ServiceNow certifications and hands-on implementation experience validate technical capability and best practices.

Requirements
7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including hands-on development and implementation. Strong expertise in ITSM, Service Portal, Integrations, and ITOM (Discovery, CMDB) is required.
Excellent communication skills enable clear articulation of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. ServiceNow solutions are customized using scripting, workflows, business rules, and UI policies to meet client requirements.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are preferred. Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as HR Service Management or Governance Risk Compliance is valued.
