What you'll do
Define and maintain the brand positioning framework for THG Nutrition and Myprotein across all markets and regions.
Develop strategic brand plans that align with business objectives and are grounded in consumer insights and market data.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and retail teams to ensure cohesive brand expression across all channels and campaigns.
Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
Create comprehensive brand guidelines and messaging frameworks for internal teams and external agency partners.
Monitor brand performance metrics and recommend strategic adjustments based on quantitative data and qualitative feedback.
Lead brand storytelling initiatives that connect Myprotein product benefits directly to the needs and aspirations of consumers.
Support the launch of new products by developing brand narratives, positioning statements, and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements
Proven experience in brand strategy, brand management, or a related marketing discipline with a track record of success.
Strong understanding of the health, nutrition, and sports supplementation market landscape and consumer behavior within this space.
Ability to translate complex consumer insights and data into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting brand strategies to senior leadership and teams.
Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple departments including marketing, product, retail, and creative.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brand projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in using brand management tools, marketing analytics platforms, and project management software on a regular basis.
A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required, with additional qualifications being advantageous.
