About the role
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for new business development within the international education sector. You will research and qualify prospective clients, build a fast-moving sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will consult with stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and align them with the most relevant PIE products and services. You will deliver sharp presentations and compelling proposals to decision-makers across diverse markets. You will manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention and identify further growth opportunities. You will maintain rigorous CRM discipline to track progress and keep data accurate and actionable. You will represent The PIE at global events and conferences to expand our network and visibility. You will operate as a trusted advisor, driving commercial growth and contributing to the broader mission of The PIE as a leading voice in international education.

What you'll do
Investigate and profile target organizations across the international education landscape to uncover high-potential accounts.
Initiate contact through outbound calling and messaging to generate interest and schedule qualified meetings.
Diagnose client needs through consultative questioning and map them to tailored PIE solutions.
Interpret market signals and emerging patterns to identify new segments and strategic opportunities.
Formulate clear, persuasive presentations and written proposals that highlight value and ROI.
Champion existing client accounts to deepen engagement and uncover upsell or cross-sell paths.
Update and maintain precise records in the CRM to support forecasting and pipeline visibility.
Participate in global industry events and conferences to establish relationships and elevate The PIE brand.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, collateral, and sales tools based on feedback.
Monitor competitor activity and market shifts to inform positioning and differentiate The PIE offerings.
Test hypotheses about buyer behavior and adjust outreach approaches based on response patterns.
Document successful techniques and share insights with the team to drive collective improvement.
Support the creation of sales materials, pitch decks, and case studies that resonate with prospective partners.
Track progress against targets and adjust activity levels to ensure consistent pipeline generation.
Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries and route them to the appropriate internal owners.
