Never write that Theodo accompanies innovative companies in designing, developing, and deploying digital products using technology and Lean approaches. Theodo Extend is a new entity created to address client needs for product management autonomy while integrating high level developers. In 2024, collaboration involved over 100 clients including Carrefour, Dior, and Yves Saint Laurent, with 63 experts mobilized. In 2025, the group generated 100 million euros in revenue. Theodo has grown for 15 years, employing more than 850 engineers focused on technology and continuous improvement.
Examples of missions include the e commerce refactoring for Decathlon ahead of the 2024 Olympics in the UK. The team built a Next.js and ReactJS based solution with Strapi, designed for high traffic absorption. Key deliverables involved CMS migration, payment application development, and intelligent routing via Cloudflare Workers. The project achieved on time deployment across six countries, increased traffic by 10 percent during the Games, and prevented major production incidents.
Another example is the critical application rebuild for IRIS Capital, shifting from Ruby to Python. The work included cleaning a database by a factor of 150, creating a Chrome extension with Vue 3, and establishing a new API to streamline communication with investors. The objective was to make the tool faster, more reliable, and automated, directly impacting investment decisions.
Theodo Extend is a young, agile, and selective entity offering real product work in demanding contexts. You will be part of a recognized engineering community that exchanges ideas, challenges each other, and progresses together. Continuous training is provided through formats such as Brown Bag Lunches, Dojos, individual coaching, and technical communities covering Node.js, ReactJS, DevOps, and AI. You are encouraged to remain immersed in the excellence culture, with at least one day per week in office spaces. You can help shape the offer and influence the direction of the entity.
The interview process spans two weeks and consists of five steps. It begins with a qualification call with Thomas, the recruitment manager. This is followed by a deeper recruiter interview with Thomas, a refactoring interview, a technical interview, and a final interview with Alexandre, the CEO.
