What you'll do
You will write the next lines of the Theodo group story and ensure its successful scaling alongside the teams. You will embody the People convictions that we have forged by relying on the theory from the book "9 lies about work" and our lean culture. You will guarantee the smooth running of the People department on a daily basis and drive the improvement of tools and processes, including the SIRH Lucca system, management tools, and the management of coaches who support Theodoers. You will identify and implement improvements to the People system, relying on ground-level problems and feedback from teams to evolve our practices and tools in a continuous improvement logic. You will design, organize, and monitor internal events such as dojos, manager training, and coach sessions, in the service of the development of teams and the dissemination of best practices. You will be the guardian of Theodo culture and values, ensuring their embodiment in daily practices and People system devices. You will support managers in the management of their teams, with the support of the Head of People, on individual and collective issues. You will prepare the key moments for People, notably People Reviews (RDP, departures, career paths, and engagement). You will coordinate the end-to-end management of recruitment for your partners, from needs analysis to offer management and onboarding follow-up. You will contribute to the enhancement of the employee experience by acting on the entire employee journey and the company's employer brand. You will manage the specific mission of Interns and ensure the transmission of knowledge through the coaching of operational managers.
Requirements
You need a profile that holds a Master's degree from a business school or an engineering degree. You need a minimum of 5 years of experience in a People role, in recruitment or project management, ideally within a tech or consulting company. You need leadership to advance difficult topics while engaging your population. You need strong listening skills and the ability to take a step back on people situations with a business-oriented mindset. You need to be fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, to ensure optimal collaboration. You need to be comfortable using HRIS tools, particularly Lucca, and have a good level of mastery of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. You need to have a sense of organization and rigor to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. You need to be comfortable working in an agile environment and be open to permanent evolution. You need to understand the issues of a rapidly growing tech company and be aligned with our lean and continuous improvement values.
