About the role
You will own the end-to-end product strategy for high-impact digital products within Theodo's new Media, Loisirs, Travel & Entertainment practice, ensuring that each initiative aligns with both client business goals and Theodo's Lean Tech methodology. You will act as the primary liaison between enterprise clients and multidisciplinary delivery teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements. Your daily work will involve defining and prioritizing the product roadmap to maximize value delivery while managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining strict alignment with project milestones. You will leverage data and user insights to drive decision-making, ensuring that every feature launched contributes meaningfully to customer satisfaction and business outcomes. This role requires you to foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. You will be responsible for making the work visible to clients, using strategic communication tools to maintain transparency and support confident decision-making. Ultimately, you will safeguard the integrity of the product vision while enabling rapid, value-driven execution in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Prioritize and deliver high-value product features while rigorously adhering to project timelines and client commitments.
Make team progress and product value visible to clients through structured reviews and daily communication channels.
Analyze client preferences and respond swiftly to issues using value models, customer questionnaires, and problem-resolution frameworks.
Orchestrate daily delivery operations by applying Theodo's Lean methodology, managing the backlog, writing clear user stories, and planning sprints.
Collaborate directly with clients to uncover needs and co-create solutions that address real business challenges.
Translate complex product objectives into precise technical requirements by studying usage patterns, market context, and competitive benchmarks.
Support the team in honoring commitments by anticipating risks, resolving obstacles, and facilitating continuous improvement rituals like retrospectives.
Evaluate emerging opportunities and constraints to adjust product scope while maintaining alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards.
Champion data-informed decisions by interpreting user behavior and product performance metrics to guide feature enhancements.
Ensure that all product activities reflect Theodo's long-term investment in people and sustainable delivery practices.
Requirements
You must hold a degree from a top engineering school and have between 2 and 5 years of professional experience, ideally gained in a consulting role or a client-facing environment.
You must demonstrate a strong interest in designing high-impact business products, coupled with solid technical awareness and understanding of digital product development.
You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, feeling comfortable engaging with enterprise clients and establishing trust through professional relationships.
You must adopt a client-first attitude, being available, responsive, and attentive to needs while prioritizing client satisfaction and anticipating requirements.
You must have a strong desire to learn and improve, capable of challenging your team, asking for help, and accepting feedback from others.
You must be proficient in Lean product management principles and able to apply Theodo's Lean Tech® System in real-world project scenarios.
You must be able to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams distributed across multiple projects and time zones.
You must communicate fluently in French and be able to express complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
Previous experience in Media, Travel, or Entertainment sectors is preferred.
Familiarity with composable architectures and legacy system migration projects is a significant advantage.
Understanding of data-driven personalization and real-time user experience optimization is valued.
Experience managing products with high transaction volumes and strict uptime requirements is desirable.
Practical notes
This position is based in Paris and requires availability for in-person collaboration at Theodo offices.
Travel may be required to visit client sites across France and internationally as project needs dictate.
Candidates must comply with French employment regulations and visa requirements for non-EU nationals if applicable.
