About the role
The role owns the end to end lifecycle of digital products delivered for demanding clients across diverse sectors. You act as a strategic business partner to client product teams while maximizing product value through disciplined discovery and delivery. The position leverages data and experimentation to validate hypotheses and demonstrate clear business impact over time. You will conduct user research, define product vision, and translate complex needs into clear requirements for engineering. This role operates at the intersection of product strategy, delivery execution, and continuous improvement within a high growth environment. You will orchestrate stakeholders, manage risk, and ensure alignment between client expectations and delivered solutions.

What you'll do
Conduct discovery sessions to explore user needs, map problems, and validate initial hypotheses before committing to large builds.
Define product vision and translate it into a clear product strategy that guides the roadmap and aligns cross functional teams.
Translate business objectives into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and prototypes that developers can implement without ambiguity.
Prioritize the product backlog using qualitative and quantitative inputs to ensure the team always works on the highest value items.
Plan and schedule sprints, defining clear sprint goals and scope while balancing client needs, technical constraints, and team capacity.
Orchestrate collaboration with stakeholders such as risk, compliance, marketing, and business lines to unblock decisions and reduce complexity.
Lead sprint ceremonies, refine requirements in real time, and adjust plans as new information emerges while preserving delivery momentum.
Create review decks and synthesis documents that make product impact visible to both technical and non technical audiences.
Monitor product performance through experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly to improve outcomes based on evidence.
Ensure the product remains reliable, performant, and secure once in production by coordinating closely with operations and support teams.
Champion continuous learning by capturing insights from production, feeding them back into discovery, and updating product strategies accordingly.
Guide junior product team members through coaching, providing clear direction, and fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
Balance rapid experimentation with disciplined delivery, ensuring that experiments are designed, executed, and reviewed with rigor.
Act as the primary point of contact for client product leaders, representing Theodo's standards and values in every interaction.
Drive adoption of best in class product management practices, using data, user empathy, and structured problem solving on a daily basis.
Requirements
Diplomé-e d'une grande école d'ingénieur ou de commerce, avec 4 ans d'expérience minimum, dont au moins 2 ans en tant que Product Manager (PM, Senior PM ou Lead PM).
Tu utilises l'IA au quotidien pour prototyper rapidement, rédiger des spécifications de qualité et effectuer des modifications mineures en production en quasi autonomie.
Solide maîtrise de la discovery: recherche utilisateur, cadrage d'hypothèses, définition de vision.
Fort en problem solving: tu sais structurer un problème, identifier les leviers d'action et prendre des décisions rapides avec des informations incomplètes.
Excellent relationnel: capable d'adopter la bonne posture face à des interlocuteurs seniors.
Posture client first: disponible, réactif, à l'écoute.
Forte envie d'apprendre et de progresser, capable de challenger son équipe et d'être challengé-e en retour.
Capacité à piloter des expérimentations, à en analyser les résultats, et à itérer sur les hypothèses en fonction des retours terrain.
Aise avec les outils numériques, les tableaux de bord, et les méthodes de mesure de la performance produit.
Nice to have
Expérience dans des environnements où des outils imposés, tels que des ERP, des CRM, ou des plateformes métiers complexes, doivent être intégrés au produit.
Connaissance des contraintes de conformité, de risques, et de réglementation dans des contextes d'entreprises exigeantes.
Expérience auprès de secteurs tels que la finance, la santé, ou les services publics.
