About the role
You will own the end-to-end product strategy for your assigned RetailTech clients, translating complex business and user needs into a clear, actionable product roadmap that drives measurable value. You will act as the primary liaison between the client, design, and engineering teams, ensuring that every initiative is aligned with both customer satisfaction and business objectives. You will leverage data and qualitative insights to validate hypotheses, challenge assumptions, and continuously refine the product vision to maximize impact. You will coordinate the delivery flow using Lean principles, ensuring that features are shipped on time, within scope, and with high quality. You will make key prioritization decisions that balance client expectations with technical and commercial constraints. You will communicate progress and value clearly through structured reviews and narratives that keep stakeholders confident and engaged.

What you'll do
Prioritize and deliver high-value features while rigorously managing timelines and client commitments.
Showcase team progress and value through clear visual management and proactive stakeholder communication.
Deeply understand client preferences and orchestrate a rapid, tailored response when issues arise, using value models and customer insights.
Run the day-to-day delivery using the Lean methodology, from backlog refinement to sprint planning and user story definition.
Work closely with clients to uncover needs, support decision-making, and co-create solutions that address real pain points.
Translate complex product challenges into clear requirements for the technical team, using usage analysis, environmental research, and competitive benchmarks.
Help the team meet commitments by anticipating risks, resolving blockers, and contributing to continuous improvement rituals such as retrospectives and problem-solving sessions.
Maintain a structured and transparent view of the product journey, ensuring that decisions are traceable and justifiable to clients and internal stakeholders.
Act as an ambassador for Theodo's Lean Tech philosophy, demonstrating how disciplined product practices lead to better outcomes for clients and users.
Continuously seek learning opportunities to strengthen your expertise and elevate the performance of both your team and the client teams you work with.
Requirements
You must hold a degree from a top engineering school or an equivalent qualification.
You must bring between 2 and 5 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or in a client-facing environment.
You must show a strong interest in designing high-impact business products and a good understanding of technology and its constraints.
You must demonstrate excellent relational skills and be at ease interacting with clients, capable of adopting the right posture and building trust.
You must adopt a client-first mindset, being available, responsive, attentive, and able to prioritize client needs while integrating feedback and anticipating expectations.
You must have a strong desire to learn and improve, and be capable of challenging your team while also being open to being challenged yourself.
You must be comfortable working within a structured framework that emphasizes continuous learning and long-term growth.
You must be able to communicate fluently in French, given the client-facing nature of the role and the importance of clear stakeholder alignment.
Nice to have
Previous experience in RetailTech or e-commerce environments where digital product delivery is mission-critical.
Familiarity with Lean management practices and tools used to visualize and optimize delivery flow.
Exposure to data-driven decision making and basic quantitative analysis to support product choices.
Practical notes
This is a full-time position (assumed standard working hours).
Candidates must be authorized to work in France and may be required to obtain a visa or work permit depending on their nationality.
Travel is generally not expected as the role is based in Paris, though occasional presence in group offices may be required for workshops or strategic sessions.
