About the role
You will own the end-to-end product strategy for critical digital transformation initiatives, acting as the primary link between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to ensure outcomes align with both user needs and commercial objectives. You will drive the definition, prioritization, and delivery of high-value features for complex legacy modernization and platform projects across multiple client portfolios. In this role, you will champion data-driven decision-making, using analytics and user insights to validate hypotheses and continuously refine the product roadmap. You will foster a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration within agile squads, ensuring that solutions are not only functional but also intuitive and impactful for the end-user. You will be responsible for translating ambiguous business challenges into clear product hypotheses and validating them through measurable results. What you'll do
Prioritize and deliver high-value product features while rigorously managing project milestones and client commitments to ensure on-time execution.
Translate ambiguous client needs into clear product direction by leveraging user research, business analysis, and competitive intelligence to define actionable requirements.
Champion the product vision by aligning stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and maintaining a living roadmap that reflects evolving market demands.
Utilize the value model and business metrics to quantify impact, demonstrating the tangible return on investment for each initiative to executive sponsors.
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between designers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure technical feasibility and seamless integration of solutions.
Lead discovery and validation cycles, using prototypes, interviews, and usability testing to de-risk assumptions before large-scale implementation.
Maintain a dynamic, data-backed backlog that balances client demands, technical debt, and strategic innovation opportunities.
Monitor product performance through key indicators, interpreting usage data to inform iterative improvements and future feature sets.
Act as the central communication hub for the client, providing transparent status updates and proactively managing expectations through structured reviews.
Drive the application of Theodo's Lean Tech methodology, embedding continuous experimentation and feedback loops into every delivery phase.
Facilitate decision-making processes by synthesizing complex information into concise narratives and decision frameworks for client stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of industry-specific assets, playbooks, and reusable components that elevate the quality of future engagements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards relevant to the sectors served, integrating these requirements into product planning.
Promote a culture of knowledge sharing within the team, documenting insights and best practices to accelerate onboarding and improve collective expertise.
Act as a thought partner to clients, challenging their assumptions and co-creating innovative solutions that push the boundaries of their digital capabilities.
Requirements
Diplomé-e d'une grande école d'ingénieur avec 2 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle, idéalement acquise dans un rôle de conseil ou dans un environnement avec une forte exposition client et une gestion de comptes stratégiques.
Intérêt marqué pour la conception de produits à fort impact business, avec une appétence prononcée pour les technologies et une bonne compréhension des environnements techniques et des architectures logicielles.
Excellente aisance relationnelle et capacité à communiquer avec des publics variés, y compris des directions générales et des équipes opérationnelles de grande envergure.
Capacité à adopter une posture client first, en faisant preuve d'écoute active, de réactivité et d'anticipation des besoins tout en sachu prioriser les attentes des parties prenantes.
Forte motivation pour l'apprentissage continu, la curiosité intellectuelle, et la capacité à challenger les processus établis tout en acceptant de recevoir des retours constructifs pour évoluer.
Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets de complexité élevée, avec la capacité à piloter plusieurs initiatives simultanément dans des délais serrés et des contextes contraints.
Maîtrise des outils de gestion de produit, de communication et de présentation, ainsi que des méthodes agiles et des frameworks de mesure de la valeur.
Capacité à traduire des concepts métier complexes en spécifications techniques claires et opérationnelles pour les équipes de développement.
Engagement fort envers la qualité, la transparence, et l'intégrité dans la gestion des livrabables et des relations clients.
Nice to have
Expérience dans les secteurs de la fintech, de la santé numérique, ou de la transformation digitale d'entreprises industrielles.
Connaissance des environnements cloud, des architectures microservices et des pratiques de DevOps.
Familiarité avec les outils d'analyse de données et de visualisation utilisés pour le suivi de la performance produit.
Expérience dans la mise en œuvre de solutions basées sur l'intelligence artificielle ou de grandes bases de données.
Practical notes
Full-time position based in Paris.
Travel may be required to visit client sites as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
