About the role
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex digital initiatives within Theodo's AI Modernisation practice, acting as the strategic and operational keystone for high-impact projects. You will define and drive the product vision in close partnership with clients, translating ambiguous business needs into a clear, viable product roadmap while managing intricate trade-offs. You will orchestrate multiple, cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring that complex solutions are delivered predictably, on schedule, and within budget without compromising quality. You will establish the optimal team configuration, aligning Theodo talent and partner ecosystems to maximize delivery capacity and focus. In addition, you will foster a high-performance culture by mentoring other Product Managers, elevating their capabilities and ensuring successful client engagements. You will build and maintain deep trust with stakeholders, proactively uncover new business opportunities, and collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Staffing, and People teams to support commercial and growth objectives. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening Theodo's reputation for delivering innovative, robust, and valuable digital products on time and at scale.

What you'll do
Define and own the product strategy for large-scale, high-value client programs, translating business objectives into detailed product roadmaps, EPICs, and user-centric value models.
Orchestrate complex, multi-squad delivery workflows, coordinating timelines, budgets, and technical dependencies to ensure successful and on-time project completion.
Establish and maintain optimal team structures, selecting between Theodo internal resources and external partners, while negotiating resources and managing constraints.
Implement robust governance frameworks and communication rituals to provide absolute transparency and alignment for all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Assume responsibility for the continuous learning and development of Product Managers, creating coaching programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives to elevate team performance.
Champion client satisfaction by building long-term relationships, identifying evolving needs, and uncovering new value opportunities in collaboration with commercial teams.
Leverage data and user feedback to validate hypotheses, measure product performance, and drive iterative improvements that maximize impact and return on investment.
Navigate ambiguous and evolving project requirements, making timely and informed decisions that balance technical feasibility, business value, and user experience.
Act as the primary technical and functional liaison between Theodo's multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Contribute to the development and refinement of Theodo's product methodologies, standards, and best practices, ensuring they remain at the forefront of industry innovation.
Promote a culture of innovation and experimentation within your teams, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and practices that solve client problems effectively.
Represent Theodo's product leadership externally, engaging with the broader ecosystem of partners, investors, and industry events to enhance the company's strategic positioning.
Requirements
Diplomé-e d'une grande école d'ingénieur avec plus de 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle, dont au moins 4 ans en product management, Senior PM / Lead PM / Head of Product, en startup, ESN ou cabinet de conseil.
Intérêt marqué pour la conception de produits à fort impact business, avec une appétence pour la technologie et de solides connaissances dans ce domaine.
Excellente aisance relationnelle et capacité à communiquer efficacement avec des publics variés, des directions générales aux équipes opérationnelles.
Capacité avérée à piloter plusieurs projets de front, à gérer des priorités contradictoires et à prendre des décisions dans des contextes d'incertitude.
Expérience confirmée dans la définition de roadmaps produits, la gestion de backlog, et la priorisation des fonctionnalités en fonction des contraintes business et techniques.
Forte sensibilité aux enjeux techniques et capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des ingénieurs et des architectes sur des solutions complexes.
Expérience prouvée dans la gestion de la relation client et la négociation de besoins, notamment dans des contextes de B2B ou de grands comptes.
Capacité à animer et à faire grandir une équipe, incluant le mentorat de talents et la promotion d'un environnement d'apprentissage continu.

Practical notes
