- Implement a 5S-organized work environment to optimize efficiency, clarity, and problem-solving through daily practices such as Daily Problem Solving.
- Act as the client's trusted technical partner, participating in backlog refinement, daily ceremonies, and continuous alignment to ensure satisfaction at every stage.
- Leverage AI tools and agents to streamline development processes, reduce repetitive tasks, and increase team productivity.
- Champion the integration of Large Language Models to enhance problem-solving and innovation within the squad.
- Guide and mentor Software Engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and hands-on coaching to foster both technical and personal growth.
- Make informed, accountable technical decisions that balance innovation, cost, and time-to-market while defending these choices to stakeholders.
- Explore and prototype innovative solutions to validate hypotheses and mitigate risks in complex projects, such as those in Health or Banking.
- Define and monitor technical metrics to track delivery quality, team performance, and long-term product sustainability.
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis to resolve systemic issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of knowledge and practices (Dantotsu).

- DevOps expertise: Deep knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including Docker and Kubernetes, to ensure robust and scalable implementations.
- Architectural design: Ability to conceive scalable, future-proof architectures that meet high standards of performance, reliability, and security.
- Decision-making: Capacity to make decisive technical choices that balance innovation, cost-efficiency, and speed to market.
- Code quality: Strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code that stands the test of time and collaboration.
- Collaboration style: Thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment where communication is clear, direct, and respectful, and where requirements may evolve frequently.
