What you'll do

Provide advanced urology services under a physician-led model that emphasizes coordinated, high-quality care across inpatient and outpatient environments. Requirements

Hold a valid license to practice as an Advanced Practice Provider in the state of Florida, with current registration and no active restrictions. Maintain board certification or board eligibility in a relevant specialty such as urology or a closely related field, with a commitment to ongoing credentialing. Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for this position at this time. Have demonstrated experience delivering advanced practice services in urology, including evaluation and management of complex genitourinary conditions. Show proficiency in performing or assisting with urologic procedures, interpreting related diagnostics, and collaborating effectively with physician colleagues. Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in both written and verbal formats. Adhere to institutional policies, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements governing advanced practice care in a physician-led environment. Demonstrate reliability by maintaining consistent attendance, meeting scheduled commitments, and completing documentation within defined timeframes.
