What you'll do

Perform detailed design sessions to translate business requirements into robust Oracle ERP technical solutions.

Configure and customize Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and Fusion Cloud ERP modules to meet specific client business needs.

Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP protocols, OIC, and various middleware platforms.

Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL code to support data migration and system performance.

Utilize Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, OTBI, ADF, and VBCS for custom development and enhancements.

Lead testing efforts for ERP modules, ensuring configuration, data integrity, and integration points are validated.

Implement security and compliance controls within ERP landscapes to meet governance standards.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide expert-level support for Oracle ERP environments.

Document system configurations, processes, and automation workflows for knowledge transfer.

Partner with AI engineering teams to incorporate Tessera AI automation into ERP delivery pipelines.

Guide clients on best practices for ERP operations, change management, and continuous improvement.

Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure milestones are met and client expectations are managed effectively.

Adapt to changing project scopes and priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Serve as a technical lead during onsite engagements, mentoring junior team members as needed.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and/or Fusion Cloud ERP is mandatory for this delivery role.

Strong SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, OTBI, ADF, and VBCS skills are required for custom development.

Demonstrated experience with Oracle Financials, Procurement, SCM, Project Accounting, and Billing modules is required.

Proficiency in ERP integrations using REST/SOAP, OIC, and middleware solutions is required.

U.S. work authorization is required due to client site delivery constraints.

Ability to work extended hours and weekend shifts is required to support critical client issues when necessary.

Candidates must be able to pass background checks and meet client security requirements for onsite access.

Willingness to travel domestically for extended periods to client sites across the U.S. is mandatory.

Nice to have

Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and related PaaS services is preferred.

Knowledge of AI-driven code remediation and workflow optimization tools is beneficial.

Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to enterprise ERP systems is a plus.

Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for ERP releases is preferred.
