Senior Product Designer
Job description
Senior Product Designer at Tessera Labs.
About the role
You will define the design language for how IT leaders, transformation teams, and enterprise practitioners interact with multi-agent AI in production environments. You own the end-to-end experience of agentic workflows, ensuring that autonomous systems operate transparently and remain understandable to human operators. You will design the governance and audit surfaces that give enterprises the confidence to scale AI responsibly across critical systems. You will act as the primary design voice in strategic discussions, shaping product decisions from discovery through execution. You will translate complex operational realities into coherent, trustworthy interfaces that balance power with clarity. As the platform evolves, you will influence what design means across Tessera Labs and establish long-term standards for the organization. You will ensure the user journey remains consistent and intuitive across a multi-system landscape that enterprises depend on every day.
