Ownership of design vision for Agent+ engagements is established to deliver exceptional UI/UX that meets client and business objectives. Translation of complex requirements from founders, clients, and engineers results in coherent design systems and seamless user experiences. Research, prototyping, and iterative testing are conducted to deliver elegant, intuitive, and production-ready interfaces and interactions. Best practices in design are championed through internal workshops, mentoring, and coaching to elevate design culture and product thinking across the team.

Requirements

The posting states a bachelor's degree requirement. Experience of 5+ years in product design with direct impact at venture-backed startups and measurable outcomes is required.
