This involves clear communication, reliable execution, and sound engineering judgment demonstrated in client interactions. You will also contribute to pursuit and interview activities, shaping technical narratives that enhance TEECOM's credibility. Your participation in client discussions will directly support efforts to secure strategic work. Internally, you will mentor engineers and production team members through technical guidance, design reviews, and actionable feedback. This mentorship improves project outcomes and supports professional growth, all while developing TEECOM's capability and reinforcing discipline excellence.
