Thought leadership is a core function, including contributions to pursuit narratives, participation in interviews, and development of content such as white papers, blogs, and conference presentations.

Internal duties include mentoring Designers and engineers. The Principal, Senior Consultant provides design oversight, guidance, and actionable feedback. This mentorship is intended to improve project outcomes and support professional growth. A key focus is developing the next generation of engineers and sustaining technical excellence across the firm.

Project Scoping and Initiation

Design and Quality Management

The Principal, Senior Consultant constructs modular design systems. These systems enable scalable solutions and consistent quality across engagements. Compensation and Location
