What you'll do

- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into Teamlewis's services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the overall growth strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project statuses in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent Teamlewis and build connections that can lead to new business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for account management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
