Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in campaign management or a related field, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members alike.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of funds and personnel.
- A solid understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing junior staff members.
