This role expands and deepens channel partnerships in Benelux while recruiting new partners and driving pipeline through the Talkdesk sales process.

Partner engagement focuses on growth priorities defined with each partner.
You drive 70% of efforts toward growing existing partner revenue while allocating 30% to finding and onboarding new partners. The team expands current partner pipelines by managing the Talkdesk sales process through partner referrals.
You guide deals to meet and exceed partner-driven pipeline quotas by managing the end-to-end sales workflow. The team moves opportunities forward using clear, data-backed narratives tracked within the team.
Complex product concepts are converted into accessible language for varied audiences.
Cross-functional coordination aligns goals and timelines.
Materials refine based on partner feedback and performance signals.
Requests synthesize into clear recommendations for prioritization by the product team.

Requirements
A BA/BS degree is required; an MBA is appreciated as additional preparation for the role. Formal education demonstrates foundational business acumen.
You bring 3-5 years of experience in channel sales within complex B2B environments. Past success in partner-driven models is expected.
You have 3+ years of experience working in the SaaS or telecom industry. Deep familiarity with subscription-based delivery and service models is necessary.
You show a creative, passionate approach to partnering with measurable success in developing relationships. Exceptional ability to build trust and influence without authority is required.
You possess an engaged personality with polished verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Every interaction reflects clarity, precision, and professionalism.
