What you'll do

• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the product landscape.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure that product specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Work closely with the design team to create user-centric product experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and monitor performance post-launch to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather feedback and insights that inform product enhancements and new features.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on product vision, strategy, and execution across teams.
• Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Prepare and present product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products from concept to market.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace platforms is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
• Previous experience working in a startup environment or fast-growing company.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
