• Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes related to recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Prepare and present reports on employee engagement and experience metrics to senior leadership, highlighting areas for improvement and success stories.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or people experience roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee engagement strategies.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights that drive decision-making.
• Experience with HRIS systems and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• High level of emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for enhancing the employee experience.

Nice to have

• Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
