The owns the end-to-end service delivery for creative design offerings, ensuring client projects achieve maximum impact through the multimedia instructional solutions and visual communication content. This role serves as the critical bridge between client expectations and the internal creative design teams, translating strategic goals into actionable plans. The hire will be pragmatic and solutions-oriented, bringing structure to complex challenges while building scalable ways of working for the team. They will advocate for client needs as the key escalation point for AEs and CSMs, driving satisfaction and successful project completion. What you'll do
- Service Delivery Management: Oversee the execution of creative design service delivery, ensuring that projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, resources, priorities, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal team capacity.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the escalation point for AEs and CSMs, actively listening to client needs to identify practical solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project progress using defined KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and content performance.

Requirements
