About the role
The is a critical position within the Supply Chain team, operating primarily from our Los Angeles, Canada support center. This role serves as the guardian of product data integrity, ensuring that the information flowing through our food supply systems is accurate, consistent, and reliable. You will act as the central liaison between restaurant operations, distribution logistics, and digital platforms, translating complex supply chain requirements into precise data specifications. The success of this position is measured by the seamless flow of product information from our kitchens to our customer orders. By maintaining rigorous standards for data quality, you directly enable efficient distribution, accurate inventory management, and a seamless guest experience. This is a foundational role dedicated to the technical and operational excellence of our supply chain infrastructure.

What you'll do
- Investigate discrepancies in product master data to maintain database integrity and ensure system reliability.
- Synthesize information from various internal departments to create comprehensive supply chain reports that inform decision-making.
- Optimize inventory tracking procedures to reduce waste, improve turnover rates, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Validate product attributes against physical inventory to ensure absolute system alignment and data accuracy.
- Facilitate communication between logistics and IT teams to identify and resolve data bottlenecks that hinder operational flow.
- Implement corrective actions for data errors that impact restaurant operations, minimizing disruptions and maintaining service levels.
- Analyze historical supply patterns and inventory data to forecast future ingredient requirements and support procurement planning.
- Configure supply chain management systems to reflect updated product specifications, new menu items, and regulatory changes.
- Perform regular audits of digital records to confirm compliance with company standards, food safety protocols, and data governance policies.
- Support the rollout of new menu items by verifying data readiness across all platforms, including nutritional information and ingredient lists.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, data analysis, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data management tools, including proficiency in SQL or similar querying languages for data extraction and validation.
- Extensive experience with analytical software and spreadsheet applications like Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Consistent ability to work on-site at our Los Angeles main campus as this role requires physical presence for system access and team collaboration.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy in inventory management and data entry.
- Understanding of food safety standards and how they relate to data tracking, ensuring compliance and traceability.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to adhere to the established processes, protocols, and governance standards of the supply chain team to ensure consistency and compliance.
Skills & tools
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain management systems, databases, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.
- Expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting methodologies to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Competency with inventory tracking software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and digital ledger technologies.
- Familiarity with menu engineering principles, nutritional data structures, and recipe management systems.
- Experience with logistics platforms, distribution coordination tools, and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations, food production workflows, and the culinary supply chain.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining dashboards to monitor key supply chain metrics and performance indicators.
- Capability to troubleshoot data integrity issues using systematic methods, root cause analysis, and validation techniques.
