You own ship by coordinating smooth service execution, confirming orders, and keeping guest flow steady during peak periods. You cultivate partner engagement that strengthens community ties, aligning local sourcing and sustainability practices with brand values. You drive systems mastery as you troubleshoot scheduling tools, validate compliance, and keep operations data accurate and current. You guide team journeys during high volume times, stepping into gaps, and reinforcing clear communication for reliable execution. You uphold safety journeys by checking temperatures, freshness, and facility standards to protect guests and team wellbeing.

Requirements
You meet physical demands for all roles up to Assistant Coach, including standing, lifting, and quick movement. You bring two years of restaurant management experience, supervising at least six team members each shift. You hold Food Handler or ServSafe certification and current authorization to work in the United States. You commit to a minimum of thirty hours weekly and are aged eighteen or older.

Essential Functions
You partner with the Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training while fostering a culture of trust and recognition. You anticipate operational needs and adjust deployment to support smooth operations. You provide hands-on coaching, step in during peak times or staffing gaps, and ensure clear communication for consistent execution. You uphold high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance by inspecting food quality, checking temperatures, and ensuring compliance. You partner with the Head Coach to promptly resolve facility, supply, and quality issues while ensuring team member safety and strong audit performance. You ensure a clean, hospitable, and brand-aligned guest journey by upholding SWEET standards, acting on guest experience metrics, and making timely business decisions to deliver fast, accurate, and memorable in-store and digital experiences. You support operational excellence by managing controllable costs, executing schedules, and partnering with the Head Coach to drive sales and implement short- and long-term strategies using insights from the Ops Dashboard. You ensure effective team deployment and expert use of systems by supporting daily operations, troubleshooting issues, and prioritizing tasks to drive smooth and efficient execution. You perform all essential functions outlined in the Shift Leader role, including those from the Kitchen Lead and Team Member roles.
