AI Deployment Lead
Job description
About the role
This role manages the critical transition phase between initial customer interest and full operational deployment. You will oversee trial execution, transforming vague customer needs into structured workflows and measurable outcomes while building systems that scale. In this capacity, you act as the operational architect who ensures that experimental concepts are translated into repeatable production processes. You own the definition of success criteria and the design of feedback loops that validate hypothesis-driven workflows. The position requires a partnership mindset where you align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver coherent and reliable execution. You will establish the guardrails and documentation that allow scaled deployment to proceed with clarity and reduced risk. Your work directly influences how efficiently the organization converts pilot efforts into long-term, revenue-generating relationships.
