Superdial is on the lookout for a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to join its expanding sales team, focusing on Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and Management Services Organizations (MSOs). This position is designed for a seasoned sales professional who possesses the ability to navigate intricate healthcare frameworks, foster relationships with high-level decision-makers, and effectively link operational challenges to quantifiable business results.

- Conduct thorough discovery sessions with stakeholders across executive, operational, financial, and revenue cycle domains to uncover their needs.

- Clearly communicate Superdial's value proposition by showcasing its impact on operations, cost reductions, and enhanced team efficiency.
- Organize and deliver tailored product demonstrations, solution designs, pilot programs, and commercial proposals that resonate with potential clients.
- Cultivate relationships across various functions and levels of seniority within client organizations, establishing trust and rapport.
- Identify key decision-makers, advocates, and influencers within each account to facilitate smoother sales processes.
- Navigate procurement, legal, security, technical, and financial discussions with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the deal are addressed.
- Align customer expectations with clear outcomes and implementation plans to ensure satisfaction and success.
- Provide valuable market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform Superdial's strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Development teams to implement targeted account-based marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with Product and Solutions teams to ensure that customer requirements are effectively represented and addressed.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of Superdial's enterprise sales playbook, sharing your insights and best practices.
Requirements
- A minimum of seven years of experience in B2B sales, particularly within complex enterprise environments, showcasing a proven track record.
- Extensive experience in selling healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, workflow automation, or operational solutions.
- Familiarity with the sales landscape of MSOs, DSOs, or similarly structured healthcare organizations is essential.
- Demonstrated capability in building a sales pipeline, managing lengthy sales cycles, and closing high-value contracts effectively.
- Confidence in engaging with executive leaders and fostering consensus among diverse stakeholders throughout the sales process.
- Strong skills in discovery, business case formulation, negotiation, and delivering compelling presentations.
- Ability to translate technical features into clear operational and financial benefits that resonate with clients.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company environment, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and take ownership of tasks.
