About the role
You will manage and activate both internal and external referral programmes, identifying creative ways to reach our self-employed talent pool and tracking payout reporting with precision. You will research and test new outbound sourcing channels, exploring social media communities and university networks to grow our candidate pipeline. You will conduct regular job board audits to ensure our adverts remain competitive, well-positioned, and attract the right applicants across EU markets. You will own the operational heartbeat of our high-impact hiring function, making a measurable difference to how quickly we bring great people into SumUp.
