What you'll do
Clear, strategic communication becomes the foundation for stakeholder engagement as the associate guides content through its full lifecycle. High-volume digital messages are shepherded to completion, with the associate owning execution and confirming accuracy against the Annual Communications Lifecycle.
Content is refined through proofreading, copy editing, and formatting so that email, text, and web platforms convey information with meticulous attention to detail. Design principles shape every communication to sustain a cohesive and professional brand identity across all public materials.
The associate uses common AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, and Loveable to test processes, generate variations, and identify efficiencies that inform automated workflows. Data-driven insights are synthesized and translated into actionable recommendations that stakeholders use to refine communication strategy.
Requirements
One to three years of experience in digital written content management or communications is mandatory for success in this role.
Proficiency in digital design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud and fluency in HTML CSS is required to produce and adapt materials.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables, is necessary to manage data and reporting.
The ability to manage complex, competing priorities reliably in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Written and verbal communication skills must be excellent, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
A bachelor's degree is required as part of the qualifications for this position.
