A workflow calendar tracks Florida enrollment events, processes, and communications for new schools.

Cross departmental agendas are coordinated, and post meeting summaries are published to align stakeholders.

All F.A.S.T.E.R. and state Automated Student Information System functions are mastered to serve as the subject matter expert.

Deliverables for the F.A.S.T.E.R. and state Automated Student Information System are managed with the Enrollment Temp team to ensure timely execution.

The SA Florida New Scholar Application is supported, daily metrics are monitored, and related tickets are managed from initiation to closure.

Data driven adjustments to registration and recruitment activities are collaborated on to improve outcomes.

All enrolment escalation tickets are monitored, resolved, and responded to in a timely manner.

Data mining and research needs are supported as required to inform enrollment decisions.

The Enrollment team is supported flexibly to meet shifting priorities and urgent requests.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience is required for this position.

Project management experience with agile methodologies and tools is preferred.

Communication must be excellent, with strong written and verbal skills at every level of the organization.

Problem solving skills are demonstrated through troubleshooting Salesforce and meeting firm deadlines.

Business analysis skills are used to translate processes and requirements into technical solutions.

The role requires autonomy to manage long and short term projects with minimal supervision.

Influence must be directed effectively across a diverse group of colleagues.

Commitment to disrupting public education for greater access to high quality education is mandatory.
