About the role
This role sits at the intersection of data and marketing within a mission-driven organization. You will own the analysis that informs how Success Academy reaches and engages families across multiple channels. The focus will be on measuring campaign performance, understanding channel economics, and translating data into recommendations. You will work closely with the Corporate Strategy & Planning team to support planning, evaluation, and decision-making. The position requires comfort with experimentation and a mindset focused on testing and iteration. You will manage the full lifecycle of marketing analysis, from query building and data validation to insight generation and storytelling. This role demands strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to synthesize complex information for diverse stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring that marketing efforts are grounded in evidence and aligned with the organization's goals.

What you'll do
Analyze campaign performance across digital and offline channels to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities. Build and maintain dashboards that track key marketing metrics, ensuring data accuracy and clarity for decision-makers. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define goals, establish measurement frameworks, and monitor progress against targets. Conduct deep dives into specific initiatives, diagnosing results and extracting lessons that inform future marketing actions. Support the planning process by providing data inputs, scenario analysis, and projections to guide resource allocation. Develop queries and analytical workflows that streamline reporting and reduce manual effort for the team. Translate complex findings into concise narratives and visual presentations that non-technical audiences can easily understand. Collaborate with internal partners to design experiments, define success criteria, and evaluate outcomes using rigorous methods. Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures for marketing measurement and reporting. Act as a technical partner for the Corporate Strategy & Planning team, mentoring less experienced colleagues on best practices in data analysis.
Requirements
Must have the right to work in the United States. Must reside in New York. Demonstrated experience using data tools such as spreadsheets, databases, or visualization platforms. Comfortable working with structured and semi-structured data to answer business questions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical concepts clearly. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. Track record of maintaining organized workflows and documentation for analytical projects. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
Experience in education, nonprofit, or mission-driven sectors. Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms and tag management systems. Basic knowledge of SQL and data modeling principles.
