What you'll do
- Lead the design and implementation of clinical development strategies for novel therapeutics, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the execution of clinical trials, from protocol development to study completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with the research and development teams to translate scientific discoveries into actionable clinical programs.
- Provide medical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, clinical operations, and commercial strategy.
- Act as a key liaison with external stakeholders, including clinical investigators, regulatory agencies, and industry partners, to foster collaboration and ensure compliance.

Requirements
- MD or equivalent medical degree, with board certification in a relevant specialty preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical development within the biopharmaceutical industry, with a focus on oncology or rare diseases highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successfully leading clinical trials from inception to completion, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex clinical data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience in mentoring and developing medical professionals, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in clinical trial management systems and other relevant software tools.
