What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies that align with the goals of Bamboohr and its stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for site-related inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to identify engagement opportunities and address stakeholder concerns.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, webinars, and meetings to promote project objectives and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Create and maintain engaging content for newsletters, social media, and other communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, community members, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide training and support to team members on best practices for stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Prepare regular reports on engagement activities, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in stakeholder engagement to continuously enhance our approach.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Represent Bamboohr at industry events and conferences to promote our initiatives and expand our network.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, community relations, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful engagement strategies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in measuring and reporting on engagement effectiveness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Proficiency in using engagement tools and platforms, such as CRM software and social media management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the construction, architecture, or technology sectors is a plus.
