What you'll do
- Analyze market dynamics and competitor strategies to shape product messaging and positioning for Payments Intelligence, Payouts, Tax, Billing, and Link.
- Translate intricate product features into clear value propositions tailored for both technical and business decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain essential content assets such as executive summaries, analyst reports, and sales guides that drive revenue impact.
- Execute ongoing market and competitor analysis to keep internal stakeholders informed and enable sales teams to win deals.
- Partner with product management to contribute to product development and roadmap decisions based on market intelligence.
- Enable sales teams by providing them with a deep understanding of product value and competitor offerings through differentiated messaging and materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating closely with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Campaigns teams.
- Build and evolve competitive intelligence programs, including the use of tools, processes, and executive reporting structures.
- Leverage research from industry analysts like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC to formulate market strategies and positioning.
- Create enablement materials that equip sales teams to articulate complex sales processes and enterprise buying criteria.
Requirements
- Bring a minimum of 7 years of experience in areas like sales enablement, competitive analysis, product marketing, or consulting.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to explain technical aspects to a technical audience.
- Show experience managing competitive initiatives, including market assessments, content creation, and internal training programs.
- Have a background working with business-to-business sales teams, ideally within technology, infrastructure, or platform companies.
- Exhibit the ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to align on strategy and execution.
- Prove capability in developing materials that support complex sales cycles and enterprise-level decision processes.
- Display strong analytical skills to interpret market data and turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Commit to maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and financial infrastructure sector.

- Possess experience in fintech, payments, financial infrastructure, or developer platforms, with knowledge of how revenue management products are sold.
- Show a proven track record in building and expanding a competitive intelligence program, including tools, processes, and executive reporting.
