About the role
This Senior Product Manager owns the end-to-end success of product areas within the Partner Platform at Street Group, translating ambiguous market problems into clear, high-impact product strategies. The role combines digital, marketing, and AI initiatives to deliver delightful experiences for property buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords while improving the UK estate agency landscape through technology. You will guide cross-functional teams to ship high-quality solutions, shape an AI-driven product vision, and measure the impact of every initiative against business outcomes. In this high-autonomy position, you are trusted to make independent decisions from day one, coach others, and act as a role model for best practices in product management. Success is defined by your ability to turn complexity into clarity, balance competing stakeholder needs, and drive execution within a transparent and values-driven culture.

What you'll do
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for product areas within the partner platform.
- Support alignment across other teams for approximately 12 months while leading your own product areas.
- Shape and deliver the AI-driven strategy, including AI workflows and wider PropTech AI integration.
- Lead discovery directly with customers and translate insights into clear, actionable priorities.
- Influence senior stakeholders across engineering, design, data, and leadership to gain buy-in and drive execution.
- Act as a role model for independent decision-making, coaching others, and contributing to best practice.
- Take ambiguous problems and convert them into well-defined product priorities with measurable success metrics.
- Balance customer needs, commercial objectives, and technical feasibility to guide viable product decisions.
- Work with a high degree of autonomy, progressing without step-by-step direction while maintaining pace and quality.
- Bring strong judgment and clarity across multiple digital and AI initiatives, ensuring teams focus on the highest-value opportunities.
- Measure the impact of product changes, iterating based on data and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure solutions are feasible and user-centric.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into product workflows to enhance efficiency and user value.
- Communicate product vision and rationale clearly to diverse audiences, explaining what was built, why it was built, and the results achieved.
- Continuously improve processes, demonstrating curiosity and a motivation to learn in a fast-moving PropTech environment.
Requirements
- Possess proven experience in B2B or SaaS product strategy, with end-to-end ownership and clear commercial impact.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, influencing across departments and organizational levels.
- Show confidence working autonomously in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Have experience using and integrating AI tools into day-to-day product management workflows, such as Claude Code and similar technologies.
- Communicate clearly and articulately, able to explain product decisions, rationale, and outcomes to various stakeholders.
- Exhibit passion for product management, motivation to improve processes, and curiosity to keep learning.
- Operate effectively with a high degree of independence, making decisions without constant supervision.
- Thrive in a role that requires juggling multiple digital and AI initiatives while maintaining focus and delivering results.
