About the role
You will own the end-to-end optimisation of our sales operations and enablement function, acting as the critical link between strategy and execution for the sales team. You will take ownership of designing and driving the processes, systems, and reporting that keep our sales engine performing at peak efficiency. You will also own the people side of sales, owning the onboarding journey and the creation of the content and coaching that empowers our team to sell with confidence. You will work hand-in-hand with our VP of Sales to define and track the key performance indicators that prove we are building a world-class sales organisation. What you'll do
Implement and refine our sales processes and tech stack to remove bottlenecks and maximise team throughput.
Design, build, and maintain insightful dashboards and reports within HubSpot to provide real-time visibility into sales performance.
Manage and optimise the sales technology integrations that ensure Spectre and Street.co.uk http://Street.co.uk operate seamlessly with our core systems.
Develop and track compensation plans, sales targets, and KPIs to align team performance with company objectives.
Identify, document, and eliminate inefficiencies across the sales lifecycle using a structured, data-backed approach.
Automate repetitive workflows to reduce manual effort and free up the sales team to focus on high-value activities.
Own the creation and management of our core sales collateral, including playbooks, battlecards, and objection handling guides.
Run launch readiness programs for new product features, ensuring go-to-market teams are fully equipped on day one.
Analyse call recordings and coaching outcomes to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives.
Measure the success of enablement initiatives through win rates, ramp time, and stage conversion metrics.
Partner closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure strategy, execution, and data are perfectly aligned.
Create a single source of truth for all sales content, eliminating duplication and ensuring the team always has access to the latest materials.
Onboard new sales hires effectively, reducing time to productivity and accelerating their contribution to the team.
Champion the adoption of sales methodologies and tools to embed a culture of best practice across the organisation.
Continuously review and iterate on our sales operations function to support rapid scaling and evolving business needs.
Requirements
You must possess a proven track record of working with HubSpot to optimise backend processes and build robust reports.
You must be highly skilled in data analysis and reporting, using insights to directly improve sales performance and efficiency.
You must have hands-on experience designing and delivering sales onboarding or ramp programmes that yield measurable results.
You must be experienced in building sales collateral that gets used, including playbooks, battlecards, objection handling, pitch decks, and case studies.
You must have experience building and managing commission plans, sales targets, and KPIs to drive team success.
You must demonstrate a strong ability to implement automation that streamlines sales operations and reduces friction.
You must be a confident, proactive team player who consistently works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and product.
You must be a structured thinker who can identify inefficiencies and implement data-backed solutions.
You must be comfortable standing in front of a room to train, coach, and present to our sales team.
You must be comfortable working autonomously while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment.
You must be based in Manchester and able to work hybrid, with up to 2 days per week WFT.
You must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with conversation intelligence tools such as Jiminny.
Exposure to a sales methodology (MEDDIC, CHAMP, Challenger or similar) and experience getting a team to actually adopt it.
Experience partnering with Product or Product Marketing on launch readiness.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides for data management, reporting, and presentations.
A SaaS or PropTech background, ideally somewhere that was scaling quickly.
Practical notes
This is a full-time role based in Manchester with a hybrid working model allowing up to 2 days WFT.
You must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
The position offers a competitive compensation package of £50,000.
Candidates must be able to start promptly and commit to the onboarding and ramping expectations of the role.
