Presales Consultant
Job description
Presales Consultant at Street Group.
About the role
You will rapidly develop deep expertise across Street.co.uk and Spectre, mastering how each product solves real estate agency challenges. You will own the end-to-end pre-sales engagement, shaping product demonstrations to align precisely with prospect workflows and technology landscapes. You will translate complex technical concepts like data migration and integrations into clear narratives that de-risk buyer decisions for non-technical audiences. This role demands a commercial mindset where every demonstration directly contributes to deal progression and win rates. You will act as a critical bridge between Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure messaging remains consistent and evidence-based. You will confidently lead migration conversations, setting accurate expectations for implementation and onboarding timelines. As a trusted advisor, you will empower the SMB sales team with technical confidence and enable them to articulate Street Group's value proposition.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations across Street.co.uk and Spectre, tailoring each narrative to the prospect's business context, workflows, and current technology stack.
- Partner with Account Executives ahead of customer meetings to dissect prospect requirements and co-create demo strategies that spotlight the most relevant functionality.
- Lead structured pre-onboarding dialogues, clarifying migration scope, implementation timelines, and the full customer onboarding journey to eliminate surprises.
- Confidently answer technical inquiries regarding integrations, data migration processes, configuration options, and how the platforms fit within the agency's broader technology ecosystem.
- Act as the go-to technical product expert for the SMB sales team, actively joining customer conversations, supporting internal enablement, and elevating product knowledge organization-wide.
- Continuously refine demo environments, scripts, and technical collateral while escalating complex enterprise requirements to the appropriate specialist teams.
- Translate stakeholder pain points into clear product narratives, ensuring every demonstration advances the opportunity toward a confident buying decision.
- Build and maintain deep fluency in product capabilities, releasing new features and updates that impact agency workflows and solution fit.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to surface implementation risks early and align pre-sales promises with post-sale delivery realities.
- Represent Street Group in key sales reviews, providing data-driven insights on prospect feedback to influence product positioning and enablement materials.
