Head of Partnerships
Job description
Head of Partnerships at Street Group.
About the role
You will define and own the end-to-end partnerships strategy for Street Group, aligning every initiative with the company's growth goals and long-term vision. As the first dedicated partnerships leader, you will build the function from scratch, setting the standards, playbooks, and processes that enable scale. You will close strategic deals yourself in the early stages while simultaneously recruiting and onboarding PropTech providers to expand our API ecosystem and app marketplace. Your work will focus on developing relationships with third-party and industry-adjacent providers that create value for our agent customers and strengthen platform stickiness. You will own partner-driven revenue targets and be fully accountable for the pipeline and commercial outcomes generated through these relationships. Success in your first year will be marked by a clear strategy, a repeatable operating model, and a live cohort of revenue-generating partnerships you have built and nurtured. You will move fluidly between big-picture strategic planning and hands-on deal execution, often shifting contexts within the same day.
