What you'll do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and approaches for various projects.
Assist in the design and implementation of user-friendly interfaces and experiences across our digital platforms.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities that can enhance our product offerings.
Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and initiatives that promote our brand and services.
Contribute to the development of technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to ensure that Bamboohr remains at the forefront of innovation.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and vision of the company.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Network with industry professionals and attend relevant events to represent Bamboohr and expand our reach.

Requirements

A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Marketing, Design, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in the tech industry or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, or project management software.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, enabling you to identify and solve problems efficiently.
A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO and social media management.
Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
Previous experience in a startup environment or a fast-growing company.
A portfolio showcasing your previous work and projects that demonstrate your skills and creativity.

Skills & tools

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision).
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
