About the role
Storable is actively searching for a Salesforce Administrator to safeguard the integrity, scalability, and usability of our Salesforce ecosystem and associated GTM technologies. This position is not merely about executing tasks but owning the end-to-end lifecycle of configuration, optimization, and stability for the platform. The hired individual will serve as the critical bridge between complex business demands and clean, maintainable technical solutions on the Salesforce stack. You will be accountable for ensuring that data remains trustworthy, systems remain performant, and users remain empowered across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product organizations. This role requires a methodical thinker who balances strategic platform governance with hands-on execution. You will translate ambiguous requirements into precise, well-documented changes that stand the test of time and user growth.

What you'll do
- Configure and refine Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules to enforce accurate data capture and user workflows.
- Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows using strict bulkification, limits awareness, and robust error handling to support enterprise-scale automation.
- Architect and maintain security models, user access, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies to align with least-privilege principles.
- Create, refine, and govern reports, dashboards, and list views to provide actionable visibility into business performance and user adoption.
- Provide day-to-day support and configuration for CPQ, case management, lead routing, and other core GTM workflows as requested by stakeholders.
- Monitor system health proactively, diagnose user issues, and resolve data errors and automation failures with minimal disruption.
- Execute data updates, uploads, deduplication, cleansing, and quality monitoring to ensure datasets remain reliable and actionable.
- Maintain sandbox environments, manage refresh cycles, coordinate testing activities, and enforce metadata cleanliness across environments.
- Collaborate on system audits, optimization efforts, and routine administrative maintenance to reduce technical debt and improve performance.
- Partner with Business Systems Analysts to dissect requirements, user stories, and use cases, ensuring clarity and completeness before implementation.
- Translate business requirements into well-structured, platform-aligned technical solutions that adhere to Salesforce best practices and standards.
- Work alongside Salesforce Developers on complex custom code or advanced components, ensuring seamless integration between declarative and programmatic elements.
- Participate actively in design discussions, estimating effort, identifying edge cases, and assessing downstream impacts on existing configurations.
- Create and execute thorough test cases for admin-built changes, assisting with UAT coordination to validate solutions in pre-production.
- Support release management processes by maintaining accurate change documentation, version tracking, deployment validation, and timely end-user support.
- Maintain comprehensive admin-level documentation for configurations, workflows, data models, and operational processes to support continuity and audits.
- Ensure traceability between business requirements and delivered solutions through meticulous change tracking and rationale documentation.
- Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users across Sales, Marketing, Support, and other departments, resolving issues efficiently.
- Deliver short trainings, live demos, and walkthroughs to help users adopt new features, flows, and workflows with confidence.
- Develop user-facing guides, FAQs, and quick-reference materials that reduce support burden and improve self-service.
- Analyze recurring user issues and recommend automation or process changes that reduce manual effort and friction.
- Contribute to the evolution of governance standards for documentation, request intake, data structures, and development patterns.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate redundant steps, and optimize user experience across the Salesforce landscape.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement huddles and Strategic Project huddles, sharing insights and learnings from operational work.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and platform best practices to ensure the organization leverages innovation responsibly.
Requirements
- Bring 2-4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex, production environments.
- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools, including Flows, validation rules, objects, fields, record types, and the security model.
- Show proven ability to gather requirements and translate ambiguous business needs into precise system changes that are testable and maintainable.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and comfort troubleshooting issues that span both automations and underlying data integrity concerns.
- Display excellence in communication, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Commit to maintaining high standards for data quality, system performance, and configuration hygiene across all Salesforce orgs.
- Thrive in an environment where requirements evolve quickly and you must balance multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy or detail.
- Have experience working with sandbox management, refresh cycles, and metadata cleanliness to ensure stable testing and development practices.
- Understand the importance of governance, including change control, documentation discipline, and standards adherence, to protect long-term platform health.

- Preferred experience with CPQ, case management, lead routing, or other GTM-specific workflows that enhance sales and marketing efficiency.
- Familiarity with release management practices, change documentation standards, and deployment validation techniques in a multi-sandbox environment.

There is no travel required, and no visa sponsorship is needed for this position. Candidates should expect ongoing participation in Continuous Improvement huddles and Strategic Project huddles as part of regular operational cadence.
