What you'll do
- Execute door-to-door prospecting along designated routes to identify and activate new partner opportunities.
- Customize presentations of financial services and payment solutions to address the specific needs of each business.

- Support the launch of new offers by conducting training sessions with partner teams on value propositions.

Requirements
- Possess a completed high school education or equivalent certification recognized by the Brazilian education system.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, when interacting with clients and team members.

Practical notes
- The engagement is structured as 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 13:00 to 19:00, ensuring a consistent schedule.
- Compensation includes a fixed salary plus a variable component such as PLR, ILP, or commission based on role eligibility and performance.
