What you'll do
Conduct proactive outreach to identify and qualify new entrepreneurial clients in your assigned territory.
Design and execute a daily route plan that optimizes your time and maximizes coverage across your portfolio of stores.
Utilize financial services tools to analyze the payment needs of merchants and present tailored solutions.
Build long term relationships by understanding client challenges and positioning Stone products as practical responses.
Organize and maintain accurate records of each client interaction to ensure continuity and informed follow up.
Coordinate with the Commercial team to align your activities with broader market strategies and seasonal demands.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts by reviewing their transaction patterns and business growth.
Present clear and structured proposals to entrepreneurs, explaining the concrete benefits of adopting our solutions.
Monitor competitor activity in the field and adjust your approach to maintain a competitive edge in your market.
Share feedback from the field with internal stakeholders to help refine products and improve client satisfaction.
Adapt your selling methods to the specific context of each entrepreneur, balancing professionalism with approachability.
Use data from your visits to forecast potential revenue and support decisions about resource allocation in your territory.
Requirements
You have completed a high school degree or equivalent, which provides the foundational knowledge required for this role.
You are based in or are willing to work in Campo Mourao, Parana, Brasil, ensuring proximity to your client portfolio.
You hold an External Sales engagement, which requires independence in managing your own schedule and route planning.
You demonstrate clear communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with entrepreneurs and internal teams.
You show structured thinking, organizing your activities and information in a logical way that supports decision making.
You have a proven capacity for follow through, delivering on commitments and maintaining reliability over time.
You are comfortable using financial services tools and digital platforms to manage client information and reporting.
You are able to work collaboratively within the Commercial team, contributing to shared objectives and mutual goals.
Nice to have
There is no specific experience in payment solutions required, as comprehensive training will be provided internally.
Familiarity with the local market of Campo Mourao is helpful but not mandatory, as orientation will cover regional characteristics.
