Job description
About the role
At Statista, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of cadence communication for our EU and Asia sales organizations, ensuring that every message reinforces our position as the world's leading business data platform. You will coordinate and manage the planning, creation, review, approval, and implementation of more than 100 commercial email projects, aligning messaging with distinct sales objectives and market contexts. You will create, review, and optimize B2B email communication in English and multiple languages, maintaining a professional tone that reflects the Statista R voice across diverse customer segments and international markets. You will develop and maintain scalable processes for communication intake, prioritization, approval, implementation, and documentation, including communication calendars, project trackers, and stakeholder guidelines. By monitoring cadence performance through delivery rates, open rates, reply rates, and meeting conversion, you will translate data into actionable recommendations for continuous messaging, targeting, timing, and cadence optimization. You will collaborate with the AI & Automation team to improve scalability and personalization of sales communications, supporting the implementation and testing of AI-assisted email generation and cadence-personalization workflows. Your work will ensure that each touchpoint in the B2B sales journey is consistent, measurable, and aligned with the overarching goal of empowering people worldwide to make fact-based decisions.
