Champion the development and implementation of transportation project strategies that address the full lifecycle of highway infrastructure from initial concept through final construction administration.

Orchestrate multidisciplinary design efforts for roadway studies, drainage solutions, and utility systems, ensuring all deliverables meet regulatory standards and client expectations.

Define and control project scope, schedule, and cost parameters, utilizing advanced forecasting techniques to mitigate risks and optimize resource deployment.

Elevate preliminary and final design documentation, producing construction-ready drawings and specifications that balance innovation with constructability.

Lead the preparation of comprehensive cost estimates and project schedules, providing transparent financial insights to support informed decision-making.

Direct the management of large, complex highway corridors, synchronizing various workstreams to maintain momentum and adherence to critical milestones.

Mentor young staff engineers, fostering their technical growth and professional development through structured guidance and real-world learning opportunities.

Cultivate and expand transportation market business development initiatives, positioning Stanley Consultants as a preferred partner for infrastructure transformation.

Requirements

Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex transportation projects in a consulting engineering environment.

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in transportation engineering principles.

Hold a professional engineering license in good standing, typically recognized within the state or region where project work is performed.

Bring a minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in transportation planning, design, and project management.

Showcase expertise in highway design, including roadway studies, drainage and utility systems, and the preparation of construction documents.

Exhibit strong leadership capabilities, with a history of mentoring junior engineers and guiding multidisciplinary project teams.

Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and stakeholders at all levels.
