Data Management Engineer
We are seeking a Data Management Engineer to join our team in DeBary, Florida. This role is central to how we handle and structure information for complex projects. You will define analysis scopes and translate ambiguous project briefs into clear, actionable steps. Your work will design logical workflows that govern how we manage intake, coordinate builds, and document reviews. Consistent output during review and handoff phases is essential. This consistency supports reliable project shipping and fosters structured partnerships.
Your daily duties will involve mapping intake sequences to clarify requirements before any build work commences. You will coordinate build tasks to ensure every component aligns precisely with project constraints and timelines. Leading review activities will help our team catch inconsistencies early in the evaluation stage. You will orchestrate shipping preparations to reduce deployment risk and keep handoffs predictable. Establishing partner routines is crucial for maintaining alignment with external collaborators throughout the project lifecycle. You will guide data organization to support structured intake and orderly build progression. Directing documentation habits will improve review quality and future shipping reliability. Maintaining process checks strengthens partnerships and sustains long-term workflows.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. We require three years of prior experience in consulting or technical roles. You must be able to read complex technical documents and translate them into clear, sequential steps. Exceptional communication skills are necessary, demonstrated through both written and verbal methods. You will solve problems methodically while adeptly adapting to shifting priorities. Collaboration across teams is expected, along with a deep respect for diverse working styles. The ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining consistent attention to detail is mandatory. Proficiency with tools that support version control and structured documentation is required.
