RevOps Associate
Job description
About the role
Standard Fleet is building a next generation operating system for vehicle fleets that run on electricity, hybrid power, and traditional internal combustion. The RevOps Associate will architect and own the revenue operations function end to end, ensuring that data, processes, and technology align with commercial strategy. You will design the structures that convert raw market interest into predictable, recurring revenue while maintaining rigorous integrity in every number. This role demands a systems thinker who enjoys taking messy, undefined problems and turning them into scalable, documented workflows. You will partner closely with sales, product, and leadership to define the metrics that matter and build the dashboards that track them. The associate will manage the stack of sales, marketing, and finance tools that house our critical business data and ensure they speak the same language. You will own the playbook for how we forecast, pipeline manage, report, and optimize across all commercial touchpoints. If you are energized by electric vehicles, automation, and building high performance processes from scratch, this is a foundational role in a scaling organization.

What you'll do
Orchestrate the end to end revenue operations lifecycle for standard fleet, owning the definition, tracking, and optimization of core commercial metrics.
Architect and manage the CRM schema and data hygiene in our primary sales platform, ensuring that every opportunity, contact, and account reflects reality with precision.
Build and maintain forecasting models and pipeline reports that provide leadership with a reliable, real time view of future revenue.
Design and deliver executive facing dashboards, scorecards, and presentations that translate complex operational data into clear, actionable narratives.
Implement automation projects using tools such as Zapier and native CRM workflows to remove manual steps, reduce errors, and accelerate deal cycles.
Own the configuration and ongoing governance of sales, marketing, and quoting tools to ensure alignment with evolving go to market strategies.
Partner with sales leadership to analyze win loss patterns, identify expansion opportunities, and codify best practices into playbooks.
Define and track key commercial indicators such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, average deal size, and customer acquisition costs.
Establish documentation standards for processes, assumptions, and decisions so that the revenue operations function is transparent and scalable.
Lead cross functional initiatives that align product, finance, and sales on metrics, ensuring that incentives and targets drive coherent behavior.
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and fleet electrification trends to inform scenario planning and strategic decisions.
Support the evaluation and rollout of new sales technologies and integrations that enhance our ability to serve customers and capture value.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on revenue related questions, providing analysis, context, and recommendations.
Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, using CRM data and operational metrics to test hypotheses and surface insights.
Requirements
Possess 2 to 5+ years of professional experience in high performance environments such as startups, consulting firms, or investment banking organizations.

Show strict attention to detail, particularly in relation to CRM data integrity, forecasting accuracy, and the quality of presentations delivered to leadership.
Exhibit a systems oriented mindset, with the ability to diagnose broken processes and design automations that handle repetitive tasks at scale.
Comfortably operate in ambiguous, fast moving situations where processes are not yet defined and you must build them from the ground up.
Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats, producing reports, decks, and dashboards for executive audiences.
Have strong analytical skills and the curiosity to question numbers, asking why behind every metric and validating underlying assumptions.
Be comfortable working with a suite of SaaS tools, learning new systems quickly and advocating for their effective adoption across the organization.
Nice to have
Hands on experience with sales engagement platforms such as Attio, Close, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo.
