About the role
You architect and run AI agents inside our company, ensuring daily workflows actually function. This role owns evaluation, adoption, and cross-team coordination for AI operations. You turn messy internal processes into reliable, monitored systems.

What you'll do
Design AI agents and automations for Support, Ops, and GTM teams.
Establish evaluation frameworks that confirm workflows deliver real value.
Identify high-impact workflows for automation while preserving essential human steps.
Ensure teams adopt and trust new AI tools through clear guidance and iteration.
Configure low-code agent tooling to accelerate routine operational tasks.
Coordinate with partners to align AI outputs with business and compliance needs.
Maintain monitoring that flags underperforming agents for rapid improvement.
Champion evidence-based decisions over intuition when scaling internal AI.
Requirements
You have built and shipped AI tools or agents in production environments.
You are fluent in modern agent tooling such as Cursor and Claude Code.
You can explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
You prioritize outcomes and verify results instead of only completing launches.
You hold 2-5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or applied AI roles.
You demonstrate shipping history with AI-powered prototypes or automations.
You are comfortable with light coding and low-code agent platforms.
You communicate effectively across technical and business functions.

Portfolio or examples of shipped AI workflows.

Work is based in our San Francisco office with in-person collaboration.
Standard U.S. work hours apply; occasional after-hours coordination may occur.
