Job description
About the role
The Business Development team is a three-member group focused on identifying, developing, and closing high-value business opportunities. Operating at the forefront of new market opportunities, we collaborate closely with Brand & Marketing, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to develop new opportunities that enable the delivery of impactful tech products and changes. We are a results-driven, collaborative, and fast-paced team dedicated to achieving ambitious growth targets. In this context, the Sales Intelligence Analyst is a critical role designed to transform fragmented market signals into a coherent, predictive pipeline strategy. You will architect and maintain the data frameworks that power our prospecting, outreach, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. By partnering directly with the Business Development team, you will convert complex, multi-source datasets into actionable recommendations that unlock new revenue streams and drive measurable growth.
This role is based in Kyiv, Lviv, or Remote.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain predictive scoring frameworks and market intelligence systems that directly support prospecting, outreach campaigns, ABM, and opportunity qualification for the Business Development team.
- Leverage intent data, technographic data, firmographic data, and behavioral insights to identify high-potential accounts and uncover meaningful patterns that inform prioritization.
- Develop and manage CRM dashboards and reports (including within HubSpot) to provide revenue operations with transparent, data-driven decision support.
- Analyze sales engagement and marketing data to identify performance drivers, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within the sales funnel.
- Generate data-backed recommendations that improve sales productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance forecast accuracy for the Business Development team.
- Build and refine account scoring and prioritization frameworks to ensure efforts are focused on the highest-value opportunities and revenue potential.
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand & Marketing, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to align data initiatives with strategic growth goals and product-market fit.
- Translate complex, multi-source datasets into clear narratives and actionable business development recommendations for go-to-market strategies.
- Support the identification of untapped segments and opportunity gaps to enable the creation of new revenue streams.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across analytics platforms, reporting tools, and data systems.
Requirements

- Bring 3+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role with a proven track record of delivering insights that drive revenue outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and expertise in data visualization, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
- Show proficiency with Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, automation, and the creation of scalable data workflows.
- Have hands-on experience with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot, and partnership management tools to support revenue operations.
- Possess experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL pipeline development to centralize and prepare data for analysis.
- Have experience using AI tools for data analysis, research, and insight generation to augment decision-making.
- Exhibit a track record of working cross-functionally and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across Brand & Marketing, Engineering, and Executive Leadership.
- Communicate effectively in written and spoken English at a professional level to present recommendations and collaborate with global stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the technology, AI, IoT, cybersecurity, or engineering services industries and an understanding of their specific data needs and sales cycles.
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for building interactive, executive-ready dashboards.
- Background supporting enterprise sales, marketing, and business development teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) and account-based selling strategies and practical experience in applying these methods to drive pipeline growth.
