What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications that meet the needs of our users and align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, preferably in a financial technology environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with web development frameworks and technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with database management systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• A passion for technology and a desire to stay current with industry advancements.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
