What you'll do
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current growth marketing technology landscape to uncover gaps and areas for optimization.
- Architect and manage the integration of marketing tools to create a seamless data flow across the entire campaign lifecycle.
- Implement AI-driven solutions that automate repetitive tasks, allowing the team to focus on strategic creative work.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for new projects.
- Perform in-depth analysis of vendor offerings and emerging AI technologies to build a business case for adoption.
- Establish clear metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing systems and demonstrate impact.
- Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at reducing manual effort and increasing the reliability of marketing operations.
- Track advancements in the digital advertising and AI space to ensure our practices remain competitive and compliant.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries related to marketing tools and provide clear guidance to non-technical team members.
- Oversee the governance of marketing data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
- Facilitate workshops and documentation sessions to align teams on strategy, timelines, and success criteria.
- Drive the execution of roadmap items, managing timelines and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery of solutions.
- Evaluate the performance of marketing technology vendors and negotiate terms to maximize value for the organization.
- Champion a culture of experimentation by setting up infrastructure that supports rapid testing and iteration of marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bring a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or growth marketing within a technology-focused organization.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the marketing stack, including customer data platforms, automation software, and measurement solutions.
- Show practical experience managing paid media campaigns using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.
- Prove your ability to leverage AI assistants like Claude or ChatGPT to enhance productivity and streamline operational workflows.
- Excel at explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders while keeping the conversation focused on business value and outcomes.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly and adaptability is essential.
- Hold a strong understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices relevant to digital marketing.
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats with a high standard of clarity and professionalism.

- Salary range: 79,057.00 to 112,938.00 USD plus equity.
- Leveling is based on interview performance and work history.
